We accept disks in the following formats.

  • CD
  • DVD
  • 3.5" Floppy Disks
  • 100MB Zip Disks
  • Artwork via email

We accept files in the created in the following applications, up to and including the version numbers indicated. Please remember to include all links and fonts:

  • Freehand 11 (MX)
  • Illustrator 10
  • Quark XPress 4
  • Pagemaker 7
  • Photoshop 7
  • InDesign CS
  • EPS
  • TIFF

We can accept Press Ready high resolution PDFs for full colour work only.

If you have created your file in CorelDraw, please save your file as Illustrator, with all type turned to outlines.

We will accept copy in Word format.
We DO NOT accept Publisher files.


Please call us before sending files
as some formats are more acceptable than others for certain types of print jobs, e.g. spot colour files cannot be generated in Photoshop, or saved as a TIFF.
